GARGAMEL’S BLUFF: One child puts on a sash and becomes Gargamel the Smurf's enemy. The other children are all Smurfs; they stand around Gargamel but at a distance and leaving space between them. The child playing Gargamel is blindfolded and spun around a few times. Gargamel then starts feeling his way to find the Smurfs. The Smurf’s feet are frozen to the ground. They cannot run or move from the spot. However, they can lean, twist, bend, stoop or make any other move to avoid Gargamel touching them, as long as they don’t move their feet. When a child is touched they become Gargamel and the child that was playing him takes a place with the other children. Give party favors to all the children for playing.
