| Throw an Under the Sea Party for your child's next birthday. Start with a plan for your decorating and pick a color theme. Will it be shades of blue and green or a bright tropical rainbow of color? You can also put them into a decorated party favor bag with bath sponges that expand into the shapes of sea creatures in the water, or sea shells, or even little grow your own sea monkey aquariums. | |
